OUR PROCESS
At Chatsworth Stone & GRC we pride ourselves on quality of service. We are on hand to support our clients through every stage of the process from initial enquiry right through to installation and on site evaluation
ENQUIRY & ESTIMATION
On first enquiry we begin the process with an in-depth discussion to asses and outline clients project requirements, with this information we can correctly optimise orders ensuring the most cost efficient quotation. On order conformation a production schedule will be agreed.
DESIGN
Once an order has been placed our design team work closely with building specifiers, overseeing pre-production and managing any bespoke details or challenging design complexities. Individual module components are then drawn up from which moulds will be created.
PRODUCTION
With a mould design in place. Our expert workmen will produce a bespoke mould to desired specification. From there either the wet cast or GRC production process begins. Through out the production phase our GRC and Wet Cast stone panels are diligently quality tested reassuring our clients receive exactly whats required on site.
LOGISTICS
Our transport team liaise directly with site, working to a strict project program to prevent project delays. We have a full range of delivery vehicles to suit customer needs.
AFTERSALES
During installation our experienced team are on hand to advise and assist installers and main contractors answering queries, providing site inspections and helping to overcome any challenges that arise ensuring our clients receive a comprehensive service right through to project completion.
