As part of our aim to provide excellent customer service, Chatsworth appoints a nominated member of staff to manage each job.
Their role is to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and on time through every stage – from pricing, order acknowledgement, manufacture, delivery and after sales service.
Chatsworth has the experience and manufacturing capability to handle any size of project.
PSV (Pre start visit)
Our qualified staff, where requested, will carry out a pre site visit to establish your specific project requirements. Topics such as exact packaging requirements, call offs, site conditions and access, Health and Safety issues like manual handling requirements can be discussed and clarified at the start of the project.
We at Chatsworth value our customers and, as such, we keep in contact throughout and especially after the procurement process. We encourage and take note of your feedback so we can continually improve our products and services. Our Customer Promise
- A senior manager/Director to respond to your initial contact within 4 working hours.
- If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone we promise to visit you on site or at your premises to carry out an investigation, if required, within 3 working days of notification.
- A written report with our investigation/findings to be with you no later than 5 days after initial contact.
On occasion – as with all manufacturing companies- things can go wrong. We at Chatsworth are no different in that respect. However, when things do go wrong- wherever responsibility lies – we appreciate that our customers require a speedy resolution.
